KOREAN CLUB RUN DOWN:
(for those who don't already know)
Some call it a "booking" club, but it's just the way all Korean clubs are run :)
-You make table reservations with your own waiter, which includes a bottle of Crown Royal/Patron/Grey Goose,
a large Plate of Fruit or Korean snackies, and of course...BOOKING!
(It is actually half the cost of what you would pay at overpriced Hollywood or Vegas clubs with "Bottle Service.")
-Booking is when the Waiter "books" single females or males (usually females), to tables with singles of the opposite sex
(you can also request someone you've been eyeing if they're single). The person at the table will typically offer the "bookee"
a drink and then small talk, and the "bookee" is free to stay or leave as they please. This is not a "hostess" thing -
it is part of the Korean Club culture and a great way to meet people in a friendly and non-intimidating way
without looking like a fool trying to sneak attack someone on the dancefloor. It's harmless and fun.
